Every birthday is special. However, its the maknae’s birthday that really makes fans realize that the youngest member of a group is growing up and becoming a man/woman.
It does get to fans a bit when they see their idols grow up and mature, sometimes right before their very eyes. It has been almost 5 years since 2PM’s debut, and entering four years since their Japanese debut. Maknae Chansung has grown a lot in those past years. He made his official acting debut in 2006 as Hwang Chan-sung, Yum seung-hyun’s frienemie from Pungpa high school on MBC’s Unstoppable High Kick.
Chansung has certainly grown a lot as an actor and a performer. His commitment as a performer has indeed not gone unnoticed.
