Nichkhun might be better known as an idol, but he has his athletic side as well, having played badminton since he was a fresh age of nine.
KBS‘s ‘Our Neighborhood Variety and Sports‘ invited 2PM members Wooyoung, Chansung, and Nichkhun on their July 9th episode, where Kang Ho Dong challenged Nichkhun to a game.
Lee Soo Geun was sent out to play the member, but after losing easily, Kang Ho Dong joined, as well as Jo Dal Hwan. The cast continued their losing streak, so they kept adding players onto their team until Nichkhun began playing solo, against a six-player team.
Because fellow member Wooyoung’s swing missed the birdie, Nichkhun snatched the victory, and was accepted as their teacher.
He then battled against former Korean wrestler Lee Man Ki, who was also extremely well at badminton.
