Chanmi from AOA recently revealed her way of staying fit which a lot of women can relate to.

AOA′s Chanmi said “I usually get through the day by eating only one meal at around 3 or 4 p.m.” 

Many idols, both male and female, do the 1 meal a day diet. Idols typically use many different methods of dieting, some better than others. There have been idols who say they eat as much as they want to eat and then go working out afterwards, while other idols stick to the 1ooo calorie diet which means they can eat as much as the want to eat as long as they only eat 1000 calories a day. One of the popular diets among idols is the banana diet which looks like this:

Morning: 1~2 bananas, 2 cups of water

Lunch: A healthy meal

Snack: 1/2~1 banana when feeling hungry

Dinner: Korean meal mostly composed of rice and herbs

The banana diet is considered a healthy diet because you do not get as hungry.

Dieting has long been a fashion trend for people all over the world, and many people actually follow the same diets as idols does.
