YG Entertainment has released a statement that Big Bang will be postponing the release of their full length album.

As part of their MADE series, Big Bang has been releasing new songs in the past four months and traveling around the world to greet their many fans. As a result, the full length album, which was originally going to be released on September 1st, will now be postponed in order to allow the members to rest and recharge.

YG stated on August 18th, “We decided that Big Bang, who has been running nonstop the last four months, needs time to recharge, and as it′s a full-length album, the members expressed that they wanted to add a new song for a more high-quality album. The members have decided to use the three weeks in September we freed up for Big Bang′s domestic activities to recharge and work on the new song.”

VIPs shouldn’t be disappointed though, since Big Bang will be back with their new album soon after receiving a well deserved rest.
