BIGBANG Daesung‘s 1st Japanese solo single “I Love You” has already landed at the top of USEN’s ‘J-POP Request Ranking Chart’!
Within a week since its release on the 31st, “I Love You,” a remake of Japanese singer Ozaki Yutaka‘s hit song, rose up to #1 on USEN’s ‘J-POP Request Ranking Chart’ with floods of requests from fans. As previously mentioned, “I Love You” also charted at #5 on the Oricon Daily Single Chart, showcasing Daesung’s popularity in Japan not just as a BIGBANG member but also as a solo artist.
He’s currently promoting “I Love You” in Japan as D-LITE after wrapping up his Japanese solo tour, ‘D-Lite D’scover Tour 2013‘.
