They’re just a modern day Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Dancing With the Stars alumni Derek Hough and SM Entertainment’s BOA star in the new movie “Make Your Move.” Both performers share their first time on the big screen in this upcoming dance flick.  Dance music veteran Duane Adler directs the film. He is known for writing “Save the Last Dance” and the original “Step Up.”  The film also features choreography by the Emmy-award winning couple Napoleon and Tabitha D’umo known from their work on “America’s Best Dance Crew” and “So You Think You Can Dance.

The movie tells a story of a dancer in New Orleans who then moves to New York City. During that time he meets an attractive leader of a hip-hop dance group. Their attraction is instant but once he meets her brother played by Will Yun Lee the film soon turns into its own version of “West Side Story.”
