A sad news for DIA's fans and definitely a huge loss for the group!
Eunjin wrote a letter to fans to confirm her departure from the group. The translation of her letter is as below:
“Hello. It’s Eunjin. How are you AID? I’m sorry that I need to say this through the letter for the fans who waited for a long time. Although it might be long, but i have written this with my sincere heart. Honestly, i’m sick since last year. There was the day that i’m fine.
But there also was the day that i can’t even go out of the dorm. When i be like that, members will always be with me and hold my hand, take care of me well so i can be patient. When i was on the stage, it was so hard for me. So I did badly
And i knew that i made a lot of fans who love DIA disappointed. Although it might be too late, but i really want to apologize. There are lots of people who take care of me, but my health is not get better. There are precious things that i want to do well,
But i think i’m still lacking. We are preparing for DIA’s comeback, and i have talked to them about my problem. I thought couldn’t help them much. So i desided to leave the group. I have thought a bout this for long time and apologize for give everyone the pain.
I hope everyone i love and everyone who love me will understand my decision and won’t get hurted. This will be the last time being DIA’s Eunjin, but i will be the biggest fans who love and support our members, DIA the most. For my precious DIA members who always be with me, worried about me, helped me, took care of me and support me. I truely love and thank you all. Whenever, wherever, I will always thinking of love from everyone and be strong. I would like to say once again, Sorry and thank you.”
