This year, BTS is nominated for the annual Billboard Music Awards.
The seven members received a nomination for the ‘Top Social Media Artist‘. Impressively, they seem to be the only foreign act among the huge American names within that same category. The other nominees include Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, and Selena Gomez.
Also, although Psy was the first Korean act to be nominated at the awards back in 2013, BTS is the first K-pop group to achieve that same honor. Voting for BigHit Entertainment‘s ever-so-popular group will begin on May 11. Check out Billboard’s nomination tweet below?
