Kim Dongwan of Shinhwa and cast of “Cheer Up, Mr. Kim” have donated a large sum of money for to the non-profit organization, “Purme“, to supporst handicapped.
The cast has donated a total of 5,000,000 won to invite handicapped families to the “10,000 Won Miracle Concert with Sean”, which will take place on April 24th.
Kim Dongwan, Wang Ji Hye, Choi Jung Yoon and Kang Sung Min were present during the delivery of the donation and took photo with Sean who is a spokeperson of “Purme”. They have revealed that the staff gathered up donations every time the drama’s ratings rose.
They modestly commented: “It’s a small amount, but we hope it will help.”
The drama “Cheer Up, Mr. Kim” has been bringing awareness to the hardships of the handicapped as Kang Sung Min’s character is paralyzed from waist down.
