Chad Future has finally released his latest song, “When U Call“! The song features Korean/American singer Jamie Seo and a mixture of English and Korean lyrics. This is a departure from the more hip-hop style of Chad Future’s last two releases and it works well and shows that he’s not a one-genre artist.
The video tells the universally appealing story of a young couple from their first meeting. Chad and Jamie seem comfortable together, which is more than can be said for a lot K-Pop video “couples”. The song is a good mix of the two singers and their voices compliment each other very well.
I really liked this song from the first listen. That is not always the case with me, I usually have to hear a song two times before I can say if I love it or not. I didn’t have that problem with this song, I found myself singing along with during the first listen. I can’t imagine that anyone will dislike this sweet song.
