After she was under fire for wearing overly-sexual outfits during her solo stages, CL discussed the issues at 2NE1‘s press conference for ‘Falling in Love.’
On the press conference on July 8th, CL’s swimsuit outfit was mentioned and she said, “To be honest, I’ve been wearing swimming suits since my debut. What I wore for my swimsuit wasn’t underwear but a belted swimsuit. I don’t think it’s bad if I was trying to honestly express music.”
She continued, “Since I had my solo single, I wanted to show my fans that I can do various things by myself, too. I want to release another solo album if I have the opportunity, but since 2NE1 returned after being gone for a while, I’m going to focus on 2NE1 activities.”
