Chrome Entertainment, home of girl group Crayon Pop, revealed on October 7 that they will be signing with a Japan agency for their début in Japan.
The agency was revealed to be Pony Canyon, one of the biggest record labels in Japan. K-Pop artists signed with Pony Canyon include B1A4, Bangtan Boys, Jang Geun Seok, and more.
According to Chrome, “Crayon Pop’s Japanese debut album will include existing songs from Korean albums and a new song. The album is set to be released on November 19th.”
Crayon Pop first performed for a Japanese audience at the Tokyo Sinagawa Stella Ball for company concert ‘2014 First Chrome Family in Japan.’ This concert included label mates K-MUCH, Bob Girls and Zan Zan.
Chrome Entertainment is currently preparing for the Crayon Pop sub-unit début of Strawberry Milk. Their most recent teaser images can be found here.
