Do you dream of working with your favourite K-Pop artists? Would you like them to sing songs you created yourself? Now you have a great chance to make your dream come true!
JYP Entertainment announced that they’re recruiting composers and lyricists.
All you have to do is to submit two of your original songs written within the last six months. The songs need to be recorded with the fully completed melody with guide vocals in an mp3 file format.
You also need to indicate the composer, lyricist, and arranger of the songs in a Word file along with the tracks all in one folder. The folder should be named with your name or the team name and sent to publishing@jype.com via e-mail.
In the audition, both amateurs and professionals can participate. You can apply for one month between February 15th and March 15th. The announcement on people who made the cut for the first round will be notified on March 29th and will be asked for a possible interview and additional demo.
The final result will be announced before April 30th. The winner will receive 3,000,000 won (around 2,740 USD) and an invitation to join JYP Publishing Song Camp.
