EXO‘s resident ‘troll’ and wonderful vocalist Chen celebrated his 21st (22nd in Korean age) birthday today!
To celebrate, fans decided to trend various tags with his name, and they managed to reach the worldwide trending charts as well as top the trends for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Fans trended the tag ‘#HappyChenDay,’ ‘Happy Birthday Chen,’ and his real name, ‘Kim Jongdae.’
As well, lucky fans celebrated his birthday first hand as they sang the Happy Birthday song to the idol at the MTV World Stage in Malaysia, and when he landed in Germany with the rest of his group, they also banded to sing the song for Chen, moving him and receiving lots of applause from the boys themselves!
