G-Dragon is spreading his name and is given recognition for his active collaboration works with various famous Pop stars in the United States. BIGBANG‘s leader participated in Skrillex‘s new album “Recess“ with the baddest female, 2NE1‘s CL.
“Recess” is already ranked #1 on the main album chart of the U.S. iTunes, and is still increasing in popularity. “Dirty Vibe,” the album’s title song, has touched from G-Dragon, CL, Teddy and even Choice 37. CL and G-Dragon show off their rapping skills that intertwine with strong beats.
G-Dragon’s “Coup D’etat” and GD&T.O.P.’s “Knock Out” was a collaboration with DJ Diplo whom also partook in Skrillex’s new album.
Pharrell Williams also mentioned G-Dragon in his letter to Korean fans at a recent show. He said, ” Good morning, Korean fans, shout out to G-Dragon,” revealing the friendship between the two.
In an interview with “Hollywood Reporter,” G-Dragon said, “The person I most want to work with is artist Pharrell Williams. He is my only idol.”
With G-Dragon’s active collaborative efforts, it is no doubt the Pop star will have many eyes on him, raising his popularity onto a whole other level.
