Girl’s Day has been chosen as the honorary ambassadors of children’s development and child sponsorship program Plan Korea. On August 20, the girl group will perform at water park Everland’s Caribbean Bay for a guerrilla concert and the appointment ceremony.
The concert is part of Plan Korea’s ‘Because I am a Girl’ campaign, which promote rights of girls and bring millions of girls out of poverty around the world. Girl’s Day will also be leaving for Thailand on on August 27 for a four-day volunteer trip with the organization.
