It was revealed that many Korean celebrities, including Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany and Jessica, BoA, Jang Dong Gun, Kim Nam Gil and Song Hye Kyo are suing a cosemtic clinic for 120 million won (~112,946 USD).
The artists sued the clinic for using their images and names without permission. They stated: ‘People can access their site just by looking up our names on the internet. This will mislead people into thinking we have connections to the clinic or have had plastic surgery in the past.’
Jessica, together with actress Su Ae and Wonder Girls’ members, had filed similar suit for 220 million won (~207,068 USD) due to damages caused by a dental clinic in Seoul.
