Girls’ Generation‘s fourth full album, “I Got A Boy” sells 200,000 copies.

A representative from SM Entertainment stated, “SNSD’s fourth EP I Got A Boy sold over 200,000 copies. Additional orders also keeping coming in” proving the group’s wide popularity all over the country after gaining much attention, not just in Korea but also worldwide. Girls’ Generation’s 3rd album, “The Boys” which was released last October 2011, immediately sold 300,000 copies.

Meanwhile, the group had their first win with “I Got A Boy” last January 10th in M! Countdown.
