- Tablo lived in Switzerland and Hong Kong briefly
- He moved to Canada when he was 8
- He went to Stanford University where he got a B.A. Degree in English literature and a Master’s Degree in creative writing
- He obtained his degree’s in 3 short years
- He has an older brother and sister
- In 2003 he debuted in the group Epik High under Woolim Entertainment
- In 2011 Epik High signed with YG Entertainment
- On October 21, 2011 Tablo made his solo debut with the song ‘Airbag’
- He has been married since 2009 to actress Kang Hyejung
- In 2010 the couple first child was born
- In 2008 Tablo published a collection of poems and stories titled “Pieces of You” and has since been translated to English
- In 2016 Tablo published his second work of literature “Blonote”
- In 2015 Tablo and fellow Epik High members established their own independent sub-label HIGHGRND
