The 27th annual Seoul Music Awards ceremony is coming up, and now the nominees have officially been revealed!
The awards categories currently include Daesang (Grand Prize) and Bonsang (Main Prize), as well as categories for the best: Album, Digital Song, New Artist, Ballad, OST, R&B and Hip Hop, Trot, Ballad and Dance Performance. There will also be a Popularity Award, a Korean Wave Award, a Performance and Culture Award, a Discovery Award and a Fandom School Award.
Fans will be able to vote for their favorite nominees in four categories, the Bonsang Award, New Artist Award, Popularity Award and Korean Wave Award. While the Bonsang Award and the New Artist Award will be decided concurrently with a judges panel, the Popularity and Korean Wave Awards will ultimately be decided by fan votes!
