Highlight’s Lee Gikwang has released an MV to his track ‘Nothing’ following his military enlistment. He has also released a studio track called ‘Goodbye With A Smile’ as his final farewell. His new MV includes the singer on a helicopter pad on top of a tall building with beautiful visuals. Watch the MV below!
Lee Gikwang will begin a four-week basic training in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province, and then he will be assigned to a police unit, according to Around Us Entertainment.
Lee wrote a handwritten letter released by the agency saying, “I’ve been so happy for the past 10 years because of you. Now it is the time for us to have a rest. As the past 10 years have passed rapidly, the next one year and seven months will help us feel grateful to each other.” He also said “10 years went by very quickly thanks to you. Please wait for me, and I hope you stay closely by my side”.
He went on to post images of himself, family and friends followed by his last post saying goodbye on his Instagram.
We wish the best for Gikwang on his enlistment and a safe return.
