Chile will be hosting a k-pop concert of large proportions with many famous artists.

On May 19, the I Love K-Pop with Friends event will take place in Santiago′s largest dome, the Movistar Arena. The currently announced artists are U-KISS, ZE:A Five, After School, Davichi, AA, Sunny Hill, RaNia and more.

One of the organizers will be TWEG, with former Mnet CEO and current dean of Seoul Arts – Occupational Training College, Kim Jong Jin, as its director.

A representative from TWEG stated, “President of the Seoul Fine Arts School and Mnet’s former CEO Kim Jong Jin is taking care of the directing. Starting from this concert, we’ll be continuing on spreading Hallyu through future events.

Kim Jong Jin said, “We’re going to combine the high-quality star’s music, a huge LED screen, and other concert technology we use in Korea.

The event will even be expanding into a full-fledged tour, going to Peru in August, Mexico in September, Brazil in October and Uruguay in November.

It will also be aired on TV through Mega TV.
