iKON, whom recently debuted in October, have been topping the charts with their new song and music video ‘Apology‘.
The music video is in black and white and shows each one of the boys in their own love problems. The lyrics also add more sadness to the song although some English listeners can’t comprehend it, they can tell by the tone and amazing vocals that it is intended to be a heartfelt song. Let’s not forget the last message in the music video that says, “To love it to receive a glimpse of heaven.”
The song has a deep meaning and is emotional for it talks about a break-up and feeling sorry for mistreating that special person. A member of iKON, Kim Dong Hyuk, stated “It’s about a breakup from a bad boy’s perspective. The lyrics express his feelings at the time of the breakup.“, and another member commented on it asking “Someone like B.I?“, B.I then agreed with the statement.
