On September 2nd, news broke out about INFINITE‘s Dongwoo‘s father passing away.
Sources revealed that his father had been battling a chronic illness for some time and unfortunately passed in the early hours of the morning.
INFINITE has been gearing up for their comeback which is slated on September 19th, while also holding their summer tour. They will be hosting a concert in Japan titled “That Summer 3.”
However, with Dongwoo flying home from Japan to tend to his family and prepare for a funeral, it is uncertain whether or not he will return for activities and the concert.
INFINITE fans have already begun sending in their support for the idol, especially knowing how fond he was of his father.
Our sincerest condolences go out to Dongwoo and his family for their loss.
