KBS‘ have started to tease about their upcoming teen drama, revealing that Infinite‘s Woohyun and Sungyeol, as well as 4minute‘s Jihyun have joined the cast.
The upcoming drama, titled “High School” (working title) will tell the story of friendship and love between high school students and their road to adulthood. KBS compared this upcoming teen drama to another one, titled “Sharp.”
Woollim Entertainment commented, “Infinite’s Woohyun and Sungyeol have been confirmed for ‘High School.’ They’ve appeared in daily dramas and miniseries, they’ll be appearing as the male leads.”
Cube Entertainment stated, “Nam Jihyun has been recently cast. She’ll be joining as the female lead and you’ll be able to see her in a school uniform.”
The filming will begin after its first script reading that is scheduled for the beginning of May. It is expected to start broadcasting in June.
