TIME OF TAKING TICKETS: 4th Oct 2014, 10:00-15:30
THE METHOD TO TAKE THE TICKETS: using the ID card of the members( or passport, Registered permanent residence certificate, or other original certificate of identity )
1) member who successfully apply for the fanclub, please bring the original identity certificate to take the tickets in the designated time at the designated place, tickets cannot be taken by pretending others. People who do not fit the information of the certificate, having a unusable certificate cannot take any tickets and will be forbidden from getting inside. The tickets cannot be sold, if there were any selling of tickets, all the official member qualification will be cancelled, will also be forbidden from getting inside. Tickets which have been taken, won’t be exchanged in any cases.
[ PS the member card cannot be produced before that because of the factory. The member card cannot be distributed that time, it will be mailed to each of you soon.]
2) all the member please remember your member card numbers. Tickets taking will stop at 15:30, all the member please take the tickets before that. After taking it, member please arranged your time wisely, avoid to stay in the designated area
3) the area has been divided into A/B/C/D 4 parts, queuing time will be started about 16:30, you might get into the area by the tickets about 17:00. Please contact the officers if there were any problems and listen to their arrangements after getting in the area.
4） there will be a standing area, getting inside is according to the tickets’ number. Inside the standing area, the position of standing won’t be restricted by the tickets’ number. Member who arrived after the starting time of getting inside, please queue at the back of the area, cut in the line is not allowed.
5) audience who are late, please do not hinder other from watching the performance, stay in the walking paths , or clamor inside. Please keep your mobile phones or other sound alarm installments in silence mode. No entrance is allowed after the performance started for half an hour.
6) if fans who have entranced need to get out in the middle of the performance, please get a “in-and-out exchange card”, which need to be shown to the officers for re-entrance. This card can not be lent/ exchange, if so, that member need to left the place immediately. If the card was lost, there won’t be any reissue, it will be counted at losing the qualification of entrance.
7) please do not bring any professional photo-taking or shooting equipment. Recording, shooting and photo-taking are not allowed in this event. If there have case of discovery, please listen to the arrangement of the officers, delete all the content and left.
8) please ask the officers if there are any questions, do not listen to others, and please protect your own safety and your property well.
9) please alert to the weather change, to prevent getting sick.
