It’s so hard to believe that it’s been almost 2 months since Typhoon Yolanda devastated the Philippines. Killing nearly 5,700 people and causing catastrophic damage to the country.
Many still continue to help the devastated country, both physical and monetarily, and actor Jang Keun-Suk is no different. It was reveled by his promoter, Y Tree Media, that the actor had donated 100 Million Won (approximately 94,509 US Dollars) through UNICEF to the Philippines.
Apparently this donation was made because Jang Keun-Suk wanted to pay back the love he had received from his fans from around the world by helping the impacted people of the Philippines.
This is not the actors first time showing such a generous side of himself and in fact his fan club is also active in volunteer work inspired by their idol.
Currently Jang Keun-Suk is staring in the KBS drama “Bel Ami” which airs every Wednesday and Thursday.
