JYP has dropped an image teaser for their newest five-member girl group, ITZY. The image was uploaded alongside the message “EVERYTHING YOU WANT. IT’Z IN US.”, playing on the group’s name.

JYP introduced the group at midnight KST on the 21st of January through a prologue video. The technicolor themed video reveals the five members of the group: Yuna, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, Lia and Yeji. In two days, the video teaser almost hit 3.8 million views on JYP’s official YouTube account, showcasing the worldwide interest in them.
The name ITZY, pronounced “IT-ZEE”, plays off the Korean meaning “to have“, therefore meaning the girls have everything you want. The group is scheduled to debut mid-February.
