The popular female unit known as KARA, who debuted seven years prior, were recently on “Kim Shin Young’s Hope Song at Noon,” a show on MBC FM4U. Fans are sometimes curious about the changes their idols may or may not have gone through over the course of their career. As such, during the course of the show, members of KARA were asked the following question by DJ Kim Shin Young: “It has already been seven years since Kara made its debut. Time goes by so fast. What has changed compared to the early days?”

Nicole answered this question with the following: “Our stamina. Unlike before, we now need to get muscle massages twice every week. We also need to stretch and get ready 30 minutes before our performance on the stage.”

Goo Hara’s answer was about food. “Before, we used to eat gimbap (Korean sushi rolls). But now, we order Korean beef tartar and galbitang (Korean beef stew).”

Interestingly enough, another topic of discussion during this interview was how members would worry over prices of food while ordering.
