It has been confirmed that Kim Hyun Joong has renewed his contract with Key East Entertainment.  He has been with the agency since 2010 when he left DSP Media.

A representative from the agency stated, “We have renewed our contract with Kim Hyun Joong.”

The contract had come to an end in April and the multi-talented performer has been in discussions since then, with news of the renewal just announced.

Hong Min Ki, the Vice-President of Key East Entertainment stated, “We will give utmost support to Kim Hyun Joong who has been our partner since 2010.  We will help him promote in diverse fields including drama, movies and more.”

 It was further stated that, “He released a single album in Japan on the 6th (of June).  We will aid his promotions in Japan.”

They further added, “He’s also reviewing various project offers for his acting promotions but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

The singer/actor released the Japanese single album ‘Take My Hand‘ on June 6.
