Few hours after its release, YG Entertainment‘s rookie, Lee Hi, has dominated most of the Korean music charts with “ROSE”.
The song took over the number one spots of MelOn, Bugs, Soribada, Mnet, Naver and Daum music charts.
“ROSE” is the title track of the second part of Lee Hi’s album, “First Love”, which came out on March 28th. The song was produced by Teddy, so Lee Hi went for YG Entertainment’s trademark hip hop sound rather than her usual retro soul.
