Jung Ryeo Won is seen playing the head surgeon while Minho assists her. The camera captures their stern and focused expressions, receiving praise from fans. Real doctors were revealed to have been on set to assist, as it was revealed that “The director, actors, doctors, and the rest of the staff painstakingly shot the drama scenes to show a high quality imitation of real life surgery.”
