Earlier this month, it was revealed that NCT 127 had collaborated with Ava Max for a remix version of her hit song ‘So Am I‘. A lyric video for the song was released. Check it out below!

NCT 127 adds colour to the song with two fresh new verses after the first chorus. Taeyong does a rap verse before Mark does a singing verse. Taeyong‘s verse is in Korean while Mark‘s verse is completely in English, which is his mothertongue. Jaehyun and Ava sing the second chorus together, with Doyoung adding in his beautiful falsettos on top of it. All in all, it’s a wonderful and fresh collaboration between a K-pop and Western artist, which is becoming more and more common these days! But K-pop fans definitely aren’t complaining.

NCT 127 is about to wrap up their first world tour ‘NEO CITY – THE ORIGIN‘ in Singapore at the end of this month. They have just performed in London.

Taeyong, the group’s leader, will be releasing an SM STATION song on July 18th called ‘Long Flight‘. Stay tuned!
