Opened with ‘Saint o’clock’ showcase on 27th…produced in 3D

Released on the 26th, Saint o’clock is the first album of 2AM two years after their debut, and is being received warmly by pop fans.

On the afternoon of the 27th, 2AM opened their ‘Saint o’clock’ showcase at the Ax Korea in Kwangjin-gu, Seoul, and this performance was recorded with a 3D camera and will be produced into a movie.

On this day, during the press conference before the showcase, 2AM’s Jo Kwon remarked “After our debut in 2008, we release our first album after 2 years and 3 months, and because of that it seems all the members have a lot of things built up in them”, adding “This is what you call a high quality album. I think that we sang and were able to deliver the honest emotions through these songs”.

Continuing on “2AM’s strengths are not the visual or flashy performances. The best thing we can do as a group of four is sing”, adding “You will be able to see the mature harmony of four guys through this album”.

Saint o’clock is produced by Bang Si Hyuk, who also produced 2AM’s hit ‘Won’t let You Go’, and expresses the trademark eager emotions of 2AM’s songs.

Among the 11 songs, the title song ‘Like Crazy’ features the smooth voices of the members along with the intriguing melody, and another title song ‘To You who won’t answer the phone’ features the individual voices of 2AM portraying the sadness and pain that comes from breaking up.

During the press conference, Chang Min remarked “We made two title songs so that we can provide fans with many good songs”, adding “’Like Crazy’ is more melody-centered, and ‘To You who won’t answer the phone’ is centered around each members’ voice. The song is good but it will be good to feel the atmosphere of each members’ voice.”

The youngest member Jin Woon remarked “I’m very happy because we have a variety of songs on the first album”, adding “We will showcase not only fun, but a refined visual for our fans.”

This limited 20,000 set edition also contains past hits such as ‘This Song’, and ‘Confession of a Friend”, along with the original version of Jo Kwon’s ‘Confession Day’ and also has a mini photo-album, news letter and many other contents.

Also, the regular album will have Chang Min’s original song ‘Loving Again’.

Meanwhile, the showcase of 2AM shot in 3D will be produced into a 3D concert and will open in theaters December 2nd.
