
2AM's hit track, 'Can't Send You...' was chosen as the song that was most popular in karaoke rooms for the first half of this year.
On the 22nd, music contents company Geumyoung revealed the list of results for the most favorite songs from January 1st to June 14th and stated that 2AM was able to take #1 in place of Lee Eunmi's 'I Have A Lover,' which had taken #1 for three years in a row.
2AM is the first group to have broken Lee Eunmi's three year record, a record kept since 2007. 2AM's other songs also made it into the list with 'I'm Sorry I Can't Smile For You' (35) and 'I Did Wrong' (40), making 2AM the male idol group with the most songs ranked in the list.
CN Blue's 'Loner' took 3rd place and SNSD's 'Oh!' took 4th.
Female idol group T-ara's 'Torere' took 16th, 'Bo Peep' at 25th, 'Like the First Time' at 49th, making T-ara the female group with the most songs ranked in top 50.
2PM's 'Heartbeat' also ranked in at 13th, Kara's 'Lupin' at 18th, Bom's 'You and I' at 30th, and After School's 'Because of You' at 33rd.
4Men's 'Can't Do It' took 2nd place, 'Baby Baby' at 31st despite never having appeared or promoted on TV, making them the most loved songs in the karaoke rooms.
December, 'Love...' 15th, 'All I Learned Is Love' 19th, 'Can't You Come Back,' 27th.
Rain and Hyori along with other dance singers failed to top the charts despite their extravagant records on TV music charts and sales. 'Song that'll hold you back' 48th, 'Chitty Bang' at 78th.
