Scheduled to comeback in September, 2NE1 meets fans first through Starcall video-chat.
Sandara Park, who has often communicated with fans through messages and pictures posted on her me2day, highly endorsed Starcall as an opportunity to get closer with fans through phone video chatting.
2NE1 is planning on showing all the love they could not express through words and pictures alone and their uncontrollable sense of humor.
An insider from Starcall states, "Amongst idol groups, 2NE1 is one that boasts a strong bond with their fans" and "With their bubbly personalities, I am looking forward to the new side that 2NE1 will show their fans through the phone video chat."
In celebration of 2NE1's addition, Starcall is going to hold an event in which they will send a personally signed polaroid picture (to four people) and a gift certificate(to 10 people) to fans who have sent in a video fan letter to 2NE1 through a random drawing until September 6th.
Fans who want to participate should go to the Starcall homepage(www.star-call.co.kr) and register 2NE1 as a reception star, then call 2NE1's Starcall number '010-4193-0021' and follow the instructions and record your video fan letter. The winners of the event will be announced on September 13th.
