Max Matsuura reported on his Twitter yesterday that BeeTV now has over 1,100,000 members.

Max: "BeeTV information! Yesterday at 13:30, the total number of members has exceeded over 1,100,000!!!"

On Max's Twitter, someone left a note saying, "I wonder how many people joined docomo to see BeeTV just because of Yuchun?"

According to AV Watch News and MSN News, BeeTV members exceeded over one million (1,000,000) on March 16th.

AV News reports that it grew to 900,000 members in January 2010. So, it took around three month for BeeTV members to grew 100,000 more. But this time, it took less than three weeks to grow from 1,000,000 to 1,100,000 right after the vice president of Avex announced Yuchun's BeeTV drama appearance. May we be able to call it Yuchun/TohoshinKING effect? LOL ^^

BeeTV is available if one has a docomo Japanese cellphone. http://pre.beetv.jp/about/
(According to docomo Japan employee; from overseas, even if one can bring back docomo Japan cellphone to one's country to use it, if one will access BeeTV from overseas regularly, one has to be ready to spend maybe around or more than 1,000 USD a month to watch them. sob...(;_;) Good news is that Avex is currently planning to produce Yuchun's DVD later! Yey! ^^)
