After having Wonder Girls as spokespersons of online game, AION, rumor has it that JYP Entertainment will sign a contract for all their artists to promote NCsoft games.
Wonder Girls have been the spokesperson of MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing games) game, AION, since May as a joint collaboration for the launching of 2 Different Tears. In the game, the players are able to use Wonder Girls costumes, hairstyles and dance moves based on their 2 Different Tears concept.
It looks like things went well with this partnership as it was reported on Monday by a MMO site, that on August 19th, JYPE will sign a contract with NCsoft for their artists, which include 2PM, 2AM, miss A and Wonder Girls, to promote the games of NCsoft.
Though no exact details have been given, the site states that one of the agreements will be that each artist at JYPE won’t be restricted to promote just one game. This means that even if Wonder Girls are part of AION right now, they’ll be able to promote other games. There could even be the possibility of doing so alongside other JYP Family members.
NCsoft is known not only for AION, but also for popular online computer games like Lineage, Exteel and Guild Wars.
We already know that fan boys love video games, but will we be seeing fan girls getting into games to maybe use their favorite idol as a character?
