
Up and coming six-member female idol group, RaNia, is set to debut in both Korea and America in November. They will be produced by Teddy Riley, who is known in the industry for composing for famous American artists such as Michael Jackson and Jay-Z.
A new, six member female idol group will be debuting in both Korea and America silumtaneously.

on September 27th, RaNia's agency DR Music, stated, "In the beginning of November, the girls will be releasing their debut album in both America and Korea."
Their producer will be Teddy Riley, who is famous in the US for composing for artists such as Michael Jackson, The Pussycat Dolls, Jay-Z, and R Kelly amongst others. He has composed two songs for Rania, "DR Feel Good" and "Masquerade". The group has also recieved attention because one of the members, T-ae, played the role of Jay Park's younger sister in the Hollywood movie "Hype Nation" - which will be in theaters Summer of 2011. The group is diverse in its composition, as the members hail from Korea, China, and Thailand, and boast fluency in Korean, English, Chinese, and Thai.
According to DR, RaNia is under Teddy Riley's new agency in order to do promotions in America. "We’re the first to debut a group in both Korea and America at the same time. Teddy Riley is currently discussing the music distribution rights with Sony Music and Universal Music. We’re planning to hold promotional events in November and December in America. Lady Gaga’s choreographer, Richard Jackson, participated in their choreography as well."

Riley also revealed, "Michael Jackson’s family even visited my studio while I was working on Rania’s recording. They were highly impressed and complimented their vocal skills, even giving tips on pronunciation."
As of the 13th, Rania, whose leader has recently been announced as member Riko, has completed their recording at LA’s Burbank Encore Studio and has returned to Korea on the 25th. Their official twitter account, @with_Rania, has been frequently updated with behind the scenes photos.
