Although they’ve only debuted for 20 days, the 6 teens of Teen Top clearly expressed their goal of becoming singers.
Teen Top was recently interviewed by Newsen, then expressed that their goal is the year end rookie award. Teen Top’s average age is 16.3, and even though they haven’t debuted for a month yet, they have the passion of professional singers.
Teen Top is receiving more and more attention, and attracted many fans. To this they expressed, “More and more people are getting know us, and it seems like we are getting more fans, so we’re very happy. Posting on Me2Day is also very interesting.”
Teen Top started their activities on July 10th with their title track “Clap”, and the group received attention for their dance.
However, Teen Top aren’t only good dancers, “Despite performing our powerful dance, we also perform live,” which distinguishes Teen Top.
Teen Top is often nicknamed “Teen 2PM” [T/N: direct translation, 2PM but younger, not in their 20s but “10s”], and also has a similar style to 2PM.
