Artists affected include Juliet, SDN48, Matsuda Seiko, DREAMS COME TRUE, Fukuyama Masaharu, BIGBANG, Choshinsei, and KARA. V.I (Seungri)'s 1st mini album「V.V.I.P-JapanEdition-」was originally scheduled for release on March 23rd while BIGBANG's 4th mini album -Japan Edition- was supposed to be released on March 30th. The new release dates have not been revealed yet.
