Actress Park Shin Hye has been casted as a female lead in SBS‘ upcoming drama “Pinocchio.”
Her agency S.A.L.T Entertainment announced that Park Shin Hye will be taking the role of Choi In Ha, a local news reporter in her 20’s. She chose this profession because of her ‘Pinocchio syndrome,’ which causes her hiccup every time she tells a lie. “Pinocchio” is a collaborative work between Park Hye Ryeon and Jo Soo Won PD, who have previously worked together for “I Hear Your Voice.”
Park Shin Hye has recently played lead roles in the popular dramas “The Heirs” and “Royal Tailor,” and has been looking for the next project since then.
The drama will start airing in November, following “My Lovely Girl.”
