In the picture. you can see SM The Ballad members (Jonghyun, Jino & Kyuhyun), without Jay unfortunately, as he is busy filming for 'President'.Looks like SM The Ballad indeed went through a lot, from their debut till now, they've been busy promoting and did not really have a good rest.
