Writers of dramas such as, “The Greatest Love” and “Big“, the Hong Sisters are making a comeback with the new drama this year, “The Sun of My Master“.
A representative from the drama’s production company stated that, “We have approached Gong Hyo Jin and So Ji Sub for the ‘The Sun of My Master’ ” and that, “both sides are considering it positively.”
This upcoming drama is said to be about a woman who can see ghosts, and the man who protects her.
If their participation is confirmed, this will be the first time that So Ji Sub has worked with the Hong Sisters, and the second time for Gong Hyo Jin since, 2011’s, “Greatest Love“.
Jin Hyuk will be directing this drama. He has also worked on the popular drama, “City Hunter” and “Brilliant Legacy“.
The drama is expected to air on SBS this summer.
