PSY released his new music video on Saturday near the end of his “Happening” concert in Seoul, and within 16 hours amassed over 10.7 million views, surpassing Canadian artist, Justin Bieber‘s video for, “Boyfriend” for most views in a single day.
This is the second time Psy has beat out Justin, the first time being back in 2012 when Psy reached #1 on YouTube for being the most ‘Liked’ video of all time, with “Gangnam Style“. Bieber had held the record with 8 million views in one day.
As of now, “Gentleman” has accumulated over 27,680,627 views on his channel as of now. How much higher will it go today? This week? Will “Gentleman” reach 1 billion views as well?
