The cast of Running Man have returned home to Korea from Australia. However, they didn’t travel ‘Down Under’ for a holiday, it was to shoot new episodes of the Variety Show in a new location, Australia! They were in Australia from the 22nd to the 26th of February.
“We plan to leave to Australia for filming, but we have yet to plan a solid time. We’re currently discussing it. The tourism centre in Australia previously invited us, and we thought we should have a new background for the show.” Production Manager Jo Hyo Jin informed Star News.

The National Asian Pop radio and TV Station ‘SBS PopAsia‘ was able to interview a fan who got the chance to be in an episode!
According to SBS PopAsia, Kim Woo Bin, Song Ji-hyo, Yoo Jae-suk, Kwang Soo, Rain, Gary, Ha Ha, Lee Hwang Jin and VJ Kwon Ryul’s schedule reads the following:
22 February 2014, Saturday
– Depart from Incheon International Airport to Brisbane Airport
23 February 2014, Sunday
– Arrive Brisbane Airport at 6.30AM
– The ferry to Tangalooma island leaves from Holt Street Wharf
– Arrive Tangalooma Island Resort at 8.30AM
– Filming at Gold Coast Sunday at 2PM
24 February 2014, Monday
– Federation Square & the State Library
25 February 2014, Tuesday
– Filming at Melbourne: a new rumoured location prior to Sovereign Hill is the Rippon Lea House.
– Followed by Soverign Hill.
– Also rumoured is their transport route from Essendon Airport to Tullermarine, before departing for Sydney.
26 February 2014, Wednesday
– Depart by taking international flight from Sydney Airport and back to Korea.
Australian fans were sad to see the Running Man cast leave!
