The legal battle over the ownership and usage of the name Shinhwa is finally over! As of May 27th, the group now owns all the rights and trademarks of the name. In 2014, the Shinhwa Company changed their name to ShinCom Entertainment due to the ongoing legal dispute with SM Entertainment and Joon Media.
