After a rocky few months for SNL Korea, due to sexual harassment claims brought forward by past guests, the network has released a statement regarding season 8. On December 10th tvN released a statement saying that the season will end on December 24th. The last host of the season will be singer Hwang Chi Yeol.
“SNL Korea Season 8′ will end the year’s season on December 24, 2016. We will humbly accept viewers’ sharp criticisms. We will prepare the next season as we gather support and encouragement, and we will greet you with a new image.”
