On June 1st, Son Ho Young was released from the hospital where he was admitted after trying to commit a suicide.
CJ E&M stated, “We′re sorry we′ve gotten you concerned with all the bad news. Thank you for all the warm interest and support you′ve shown. Son Ho Young was released from the hospital on June 1, and is currently at his home with his father. It will take some time for his mind to settle down, and he will continue to rest after cancelling all plans for his new album that was expected in summer.”
The agency added, “CJ E&M will help him return as the bright and healthy man we know him to be. Again, thank you for all the warm support, and we hope the deceased rests in peace.”
The singer attempted a suicide after attending the funeral of his girlfriend.
