It was just last week that Super Junior released their first music video in 2 year, “Mamacita.” Since its release and the overwhelming support of fans, the group’s video was able to earn over 5 million views on YouTube and in return released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the music video. Super Junior then released the sitcom inspired “Mamacita” drama version.
In the drama version you can see the members at their quirkiest as they take their characters to a whole new level. The drama version appears more suitable as a sitcom compared to other music videos that have released a drama version. Among the many roles include Siwon as the town sheriff, Kyuhyun as the scheming gambler, Leeteuk as the jewel thief, Heechul as the scheming bartender, Kangin as the overly attached fruit seller, and Donghae as the ditzy bounty hunter . The video still holds the element of surprise in the hilarious ending.
